NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon dioxide gas sensor involves adding tin tetrachloride and copper nitrate to deionized water, dissolving, dripping onto the surface of a clean and dry carrier, drying to obtain a gas-sensitive material film, transferring the film into an organic solvent, coating the gas-sensitive material on the surface of a clean ceramic tube device, drying, annealing, soaking the annealed ceramic pipe fitting in a graphene oxide solution, drying until the graphene oxide is completely loaded on the surface of the ceramic pipe fitting, welding the ceramic pipe to a ceramic base, and packaging. USE - Preparation of carbon dioxide gas sensor used in agricultural production, food industry, chemical manufacturing and energy circulation. ADVANTAGE - The method provides gas sensor which is capable of quickly responding to carbon dioxide using complex gas scenes and has higher sensitivity characteristics, high practicability, high sensitivity and high selectivity.
