NOVELTY - Liquid silicone rubber/graphene aerogel high conductivity composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil in two-component addition molding liquid silicone rubber, and 1-12 pts. wt., preferably 5-10 pts. wt. graphene aerogel. USE - Used as liquid silicone rubber-graphene aerogel high conductivity composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can introduces graphene aerogel as a filler conductive network on the basis of the preparation of the traditional two-component addition molding liquid silicone rubber, maintains the excellent performance of the silicone rubber itself, and simultaneously combines the three-dimensional pore structure of the graphene aerogel to reduce the conductive percolation threshold of silicone rubber overcomes the technical problem of high filler fraction and reduces material cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of liquid silicone rubber/graphene aerogel high-conductivity composite material comprising immersing the graphene aerogel in a two-component addition molding liquid silicone rubber, allowing to stand at room temperature under vacuum for 2-72 hours, and then curing at 120-150 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain the liquid silicone rubber/graphene aerogel high conductivity composite material.
