NOVELTY - High-insulation and boiling-resistant mixture comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 12-24 pts. wt. carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. modified talc powder, 30-50 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 10-16 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Used as high-insulation and boiling-resistant mixture. ADVANTAGE - The mixture: has excellent mechanical property and water-boiling resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-insulation and boiling-resistant mixture comprising taking EPDM rubber, epoxy resin, nano silicon dioxide and nano zinc oxide and adding them to internal mixer for pressurized mixing; when the temperature reaches 30-35°C, adding modified talc powder, carbon black, graphene and paraffin oil for pressure mixing; when the temperature reaches 80-85°C, adding antioxidant, antifoaming agent and accelerator for pressurized mixing; when the temperature reaches 90-95°C, discharging the mixed rubber materials to open mill for back-gluing and mixing, and vulcanizing to obtain mixture.
