NOVELTY - A graphene/cast nylon composite material contains 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene spitball microspheres and 100 pts. wt. casting nylon. The graphene spitball microspheres are wrinkled from single layer of graphene sheet. The graphene spitball microspheres have diameter of 5-500 mu m, density of 0.2-0.4 g/cm3, carbon/oxygen ratio of 20-60 and specific surface area of less than 200 m2/g. USE - Graphene/cast nylon composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/cast nylon composite material has excellent mechanical property, elasticity, stability, dispersibility and lubricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/cast nylon composite material, which involves adding graphene spitball microspheres to molten caprolactam monomer, stirring and heating at 120 degrees C, decompressing and distilling to remove water, then adding 0.15 pt. wt. sodium hydroxide and heating at 140 degrees C, decompressing and distilling to dehydrate for 30 minutes, heating at 155 degrees C, adding 0.35 pt. wt. promoter 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and stirring, pouring the mixture into mold, pre-heating at 165 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, cooling and demolding.
