NOVELTY - The preparation method of hollow tube involves (1) soaking water glass, graphene and tetrabutyl titanate in dilute sulfuric acid, washing and drying to produce modified silica gel, (2) mixing expanded vermiculite, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, graphite and hydrochloric acid solution and filtering the filter cake to produce an activating modifier, (3) mixing chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, polycaprolactam, cyclodextrin, kaolin, beeswax, sulfur, stearate, zinc chloride, sodium tungstate, mixing modified silica gel with activating modifier, kneading and molding hollow tube. USE - Preparation of oil-resistant and heat-resistant hollow tube for automobile engine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of hollow tube with excellent oil-resistance and heat-resistance.
