NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene metal-based composite material involves (1) adding graphene and swelling agent into organic solvent, (s2) filling the obtained dispersion in the cavity of metal component or alloy component, (s3) filling inert gas, and sealing the cavity, (s4) melting at least one metal or alloy and stirring, adding the sealed metal component or alloy component, and continuously stirring, and (s5) cooling, and molding. USE - Preparation of graphene metal-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene metal-based composite material solves the problem that the existing graphene in the metal substrate is effectively dispersed with good contact, effectively improving the toughness, strength, electrical, mechanical and thermal performance of the composite material.
