NOVELTY - Preparation of functionalized graphene coated probe comprises treating metal core front with acid, washing and drying; converting to 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane; immersing in 0.1 wt.% graphite oxide and drying; immersing in aqueous ammonia solution, reacting at 60-80 degrees C, washing, drying, reacting with acetyl chloride, washing and drying; repeating (3)-(4) steps 4-7 times until coating thickness is 50-100 mu m; passing through pure nitrogen atmosphere in gas chromatography vaporization chamber and reduction treating; and aging at 220-280 degrees C in high-purity nitrogen atmosphere for 0.5-2 hours. USE - Method for preparing functionalized graphene coated probe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of functionalized graphene coated probe comprises treating metal core front with acid, washing and drying; converting to 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane; immersing in 0.1 wt.% graphite oxide at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours and drying at room temperature for 6-8 hours; immersing in aqueous ammonia solution, reacting at 60-80 degrees C, washing, drying, reacting with acetyl chloride, washing and drying; repeating (3)-(4) steps 4-7 times until coating thickness is 50-100 mu m; aging in pure nitrogen atmosphere of gas chromatography vaporization chamber and reduction treating; and aging at 220-280 degrees C in high-purity nitrogen atmosphere for 0.5-2 hours.
