NOVELTY - Cotton fabric post-flame retardant, electrically conductive and black dyeing process, comprises (a) dissolving flame retardant in water, thoroughly mixing and dissolving to obtain reaction liquid A, dispersing graphene oxide in water under low temperature ultrasonic conditions to obtain reaction liquid B, slowly adding the reaction liquid A to the reaction liquid B under constant stirring, adjusting pH to 2-5, heating, and concentrating until solid content of 70% to obtain flame retardant, electrically conductive and dyeing processing auxiliary agent, (b) formulating the processing auxiliary agent prepared in step (a) into solution, adding urea, magnesium chloride, and hexamethylol melamine to the above prepared solution to obtain processing auxiliary agent solution, and (c) immersing cotton fabric in the above prepared solution for 0.5-2 minutes, dip rolling, drying the cotton fabric, fumigating ammonia, oxidizing, cleaning, washing using water, soaping, washing with water and drying. USE - The method is useful for cotton fabric post-flame retardant, electrically conductive and black dyeing process. ADVANTAGE - The method saves time, improves production efficiency, tightly combines multifunctional finishing agent with the cotton fabric, and has excellent washability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cotton fabric post-flame retardant, electrically conductive and black dyeing process, comprises (a) dissolving 30-300 g flame retardant in 500 ml water, thoroughly mixing and dissolving to obtain reaction liquid A, dispersing 2-10 g graphene oxide in 500 ml water under low temperature ultrasonic conditions to obtain reaction liquid B, slowly adding the reaction liquid A to the reaction liquid B under constant stirring, adjusting pH of the reaction system to 2-5, heating at 120-180 degrees C for 0.2-5 hours, and concentrating until solid content of 70% to obtain flame retardant, electrically conductive and dyeing processing auxiliary agent, (b) formulating the processing auxiliary agent prepared in step (a) into solution of 200-350 g/l, adding 5-10 g/l urea, 4-12 g/l magnesium chloride, and 20-40 g/l hexamethylol melamine to the above prepared solution to obtain flame retardant, electrically conductive and dyeing processing auxiliary agent solution, and (c) immersing cotton fabric in the flame retardant, electrically conductive and dyeing processing auxiliary agent solution for 0.5-2 minutes, dip rolling with rolling ratio of 80-120%, drying the cotton fabric at 70-100 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, fumigating ammonia using fumigating machine, oxidizing, cleaning, washing using water, soaping, washing with water and drying.
