▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene-containing positive electrode grid alloy, involves (1) melting (I) lead and tin to obtain alloy liquid (I), (2) adding molten salt to alloy liquid (I), adding carbonaceous agent to react after increasing temperature, and optionally adding calcium for second melting to obtain mixture of alloy liquid (II) and molten salt, (3) separating mixture, where the second alloy liquid is cast into ingot to obtain graphene-containing positive grid alloy, and returning molten salt for recycling. USE - Method for preparing graphene-containing positive electrode grid alloy used in lead-acid battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is uniformly dispersed in the alloy matrix, thereby avoiding alloy element segregation and effective element burning problem, and obtaining uniform and stable anode plate grid alloy containing graphene. The method enables uniformly dispersing graphene in alloy, and preparing positive electrode grid with prepared alloy material, thereby improving service life, ensuring high-current power performance and over-discharge recovery ability of lead-acid battery. The preparation technique is simple, the period is short and the operability is strong. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-containing positive electrode grid alloy.
