▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene inorganic polymer composite electrode involves mixing and stirring coal ash, graphene, sodium silicate, potassium hydroxide and deionized water into a slurry, using a dipping and pulling method to uniformly dip the slurry on the surface of a pretreated steel sheet substrate, and curing. The amounts of graphene, sodium silicate, potassium hydroxide and deionized water are 0-1%, 37%, 11.2%, and 50% of the mass of coal ash, respectively. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene inorganic polymer composite electrode, which is useful for degradation of indigo organic dyes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the harmless utilization of industrial solid waste coal ash, and provides a new way for the treatment of dye wastewater. The graphene inorganic polymer composite electrode used as an anode for electrocatalytic degradation of organic dye wastewater, so that the electrocatalytic degradation rate of indigo dye can reach 100%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene inorganic polymer composite electrode prepared by the above method; and (2) use of the graphene inorganic polymer composite electrode for the degradation of indigo organic dyes.
