NOVELTY - Loofah seed oil imitation latex sponge comprises 150 pts. wt. modified loofah seed oil, 15-30 pts. wt. first polyether polyol, 4565 pts. wt. second polyether polyol, 15-30 pts. wt. third polyether polyol, 2-5 pts. wt. water, 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.3-2 pts. wt. catalyst and 45-60 pts. wt. modified MDI (methylene diphenyl isocyanate). The modified loofah seed oil is modified by plasma-enhanced multilayer graphene. USE - Loofah seed oil imitation latex sponge used as a pillow core filling material for pillows (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The loofah seed oil latex-like sponge material has antibiosis, sleep aiding, tear resistance, good ventilation and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing loofah seed oil latex-like sponge, which involves classifying the raw materials except the modified MDI into an A component, and classifying the modified MDI raw material into a B component. The component A is stirred for 20-30 second by using a stirrer at the rotating speed of 3000-4500 r/min, and then mixed and stirred A, B two components for 4-6 second. The stirred mixture is poured into a foaming mold, and the mold is insulated for 5-10 minutes by a mold temperature machine and cured for 24 hours at normal temperature. (2) A loofah seed oil latex-simulated sponge pillow, which comprises a pillow inner body (11) and an outer pillow case for accommodating the pillow inner body. The pillow core body comprises an inner pillow case and multiple replaceable pillow core modules. The inner pillowcase is provided with air holes and massage balls (112), and the accommodating cavity of the inner pillowcase is provided with a replaceable pillow core module (12). The replaceable pillow core module is specifically a loofah seed oil latex-like sponge module, and the loofah seed oil latex-like sponge module is placed in the accommodating cavity (113) of the inner pillow case through a placing hole (114) formed in the side wall of the inner pillow case.
