▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high instantaneous photocurrent nano-titanium dioxide/polyaniline/graphene composite material, comprises (i) mixing graphene dispersion, aniline, and aqueous sulfuric acid solution, stirring the reaction in ice bath, filtering, washing the filter cake, and drying to obtain polyaniline/graphene material, and (ii) mixing titanium source, ethanol, and step (i) polyaniline/graphene materials uniformly, then adding water to mix, heating and maintaining warm, and then centrifuging to obtain precipitate, then adding precipitate to aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, and mixing uniformly, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction, and centrifuging the obtained precipitate, washing, and drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high instantaneous photocurrent nano-titanium dioxide/polyaniline/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has spectral response range, which can be extended to visible light; and utilizes graphene, polyaniline and titanium dioxide, which exhibits synergistic effect to prevent recombination of electrons and holes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high instantaneous photocurrent nano-titanium dioxide/polyaniline/graphene composite material, obtained by above mentioned method.
