NOVELTY - Extracting Xanthoceras sorbifoliapeptide comprises (i) predicting the maturity of the unpicked Xanthoceras sorbifoliafruit, and picking the Xanthoceras sorbifoliafruit when mature, (ii) selecting the fresh and cleaned Xanthoceras sorbifoliafruit, removing the shell and seed skin, and pressing the kernel at low temperature to obtain cold pressed cake, (iii) crushing the cold-pressed cake, rolling, degreasing and concentrating to obtain Xanthoceras sorbifoliaconcentrate, (iv) adding mixed enzyme to the Xanthoceras sorbifoliaconcentrate for enzymolysis treatment to obtain an enzymolysis liquid, where the mixed enzyme comprises copper hybrid composite nanozyme, modified endoprotease, proteolytic enzyme and composite protease, and (v) centrifuging enzymolysis liquid, filtering and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for extracting Xanthoceras sorbifolia peptide. ADVANTAGE - The method: designs a set of algorithms for predicting maturity in terms of fruit picking; enables to pick fruit at the most suitable maturity to achieve the largest household of business components e.g. as protein; and improves the efficiency of two enzymes and stability of the catalytic process by hybridizing the composite enzymes and modifying endoprotease at the extraction level, which greatly improves the extraction rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia peptide.
