▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional porous film catalyst comprises taking graphene oxide, carbon ball and metal hydroxide nanoparticle at a mass ratio of 5:1: 2, ultrasonic dispersing and uniformly mixing, filtering to obtain oxidized graphene/carbon ball/metal hydroxide composite film; annealing the composite film into a muffle furnace; foaming into ammonia borane aqueous solution, expanding with hydrogen generated by ammonia borane hydrolysis to obtain graphene/carbon ball/metal oxide composite thin film having a three-dimensional porous structure. USE - The method is for preparing three-dimensional porous film catalyst used for sewage treatment and liquid-phase catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The obtained film catalyst can effectively avoid catalyst remains in solution to cause secondary pollution. The composite film can be repeatedly used, reducing the catalyst using cost.
