▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sandwich structured lithium iron phosphate of thin film/multilayer material graphene composite material contains lithium iron phosphate film deposited on both side of the multilayer graphene with a thickness of less than 15 nm, and few nanopores on both sides of the thin film of which the multilayer graphene is obtained by ultrasonically stripping the expanded graphite. The thickness of the multi-layer graphene is 3-6 nm. USE - Sandwich structured lithium iron phosphate structure thin film/multi-layer material graphene used in flexible lithium ion battery, power battery, electronic product and power tool. ADVANTAGE - The sandwich structure has excellent conductivity, and is prepared by simple process at low cost, and does not oxidize the multilayer graphene surface. The lithium iron phosphate film is very thin, and has good flexible characteristic.
