▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for promoting aging of wine involves (a) uniformly mixing sulfonated graphene, and tourmaline, adding distilled water, and subjecting the mixed solution to ultrasonic vibration to obtain suspension, (b) dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, and obtaining chitosan-acetic acid solution, (c) slowly adding chitosan-acetic acid solution to the suspension obtained in step (a) under stirring condition, and subjecting the suspension to ultrasonic vibration, (d) pouring the mixed solution into aging tank, coating the inner wall, and drying to form film. USE - The method is useful for promoting aging of wine (claimed) which is used for promoting blood circulation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to obtain wine with high ester content, and trace elements and good mellow taste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for promoting aging of wine involves (a) uniformly mixing sulfonated graphene, and tourmaline in a mass ratio of 10:1-1:10, adding distilled water to obtain 0.1-10 %mass solid content in the mixed solution, and subjecting the mixed solution to ultrasonic vibration for 1-6 hours to obtain suspension, (b) dissolving chitosan in 0.1-1 mol/l acetic acid solution, and obtaining chitosan-acetic acid solution, (c) slowly adding chitosan-acetic acid solution to the suspension obtained in step (a) under stirring condition in a volume ratio of 1:5-1:1, and subjecting the suspension to ultrasonic vibration for 1-6 hours to obtain a mixed solution, (d) pouring the mixed solution into aging tank, uniformly coating the inner wall of the aging tank, and drying to form film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene for promoting aging of wine.
