NOVELTY - Detecting bovine serum albumin based on nano-silver/graphene/sodium chloride modified substrate involves adding silver sol and graphene oxide under the ultrasonic conditions and adding sodium chloride solution in the mixed solution of final concentration of 0.11-0.27M to obtain composite. The obtained composite is placed under ultrasonic mixing, and centrifuging to remove the supernatant and dispersing the precipitate in water to obtain a base solution of nano silver/graphene/sodium chloride. USE - Method for detecting bovine serum albumin based on nano-silver/graphene/sodium chloride modified substrate and used for living body detection in organism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to detect bovine serum albumin based on nano-silver/graphene/sodium chloride modified substrate, which has high sensitivity and accurate result, and is process in simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting bovine serum albumin based on nano-silver/graphene/sodium chloride modified substrate involves adding silver sol and graphene oxide under the ultrasonic conditions and adding sodium chloride solution in the mixed solution of final concentration of 0.11-0.27M to obtain composite. The obtained composite is placed under ultrasonic mixing, and centrifuging to remove the supernatant and dispersing the precipitate in water to obtain a base solution of nano silver/graphene/sodium chloride. The sodium chloride solution to the base solution of nano silver/graphene/sodium chloride with the final concentration of sodium chloride is 0.03-0.06M. The pH of the substrate is 2-3, and the bovine serum albumin solution and detected through Raman-enhanced substrate.
