NOVELTY - Ceramic brick comprises 100 to 120 pts. wt. lithium porcelain, 90 to 100 pts. wt. modified clay, 30 to 40 pts. wt. coated expanded perlite, 30 to 40 pts. wt. industrial solid waste, 2 to 10 pts. wt. dolomite, 20 to 30 pts. wt. quartz powder, 2 to 10 pts. wt. volcanic rock, 2 to 8 pts. wt. graphene, 2 to 8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10 to 15 pts. wt. calcite, 8 to 13 pts. wt. talc, 5 to 10 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 5 to 10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10 to 20 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, and 2 to 6 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Ceramic brick. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic brick has good utility of waste resources and saves resources, good mechanical properties of ceramic brick and reduces weight of ceramic brick, and is processed in eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing ceramic brick, which involves: (A) mixing the raw materials in a mixer to obtain a powdery mixture, and passing the powdery mixture through a drying spray tower at 500 to 650 degrees C to form a powder by spraying, and compactor presses the mixed powder into a tile blank; (B) drying the ceramic tile at 80 to 110 degrees C for 30 to 50 minutes through a drying kiln; (C) preserving the woodgrain glaze by applying the 3D inkjet equipment or the glazing equipment to the surface of the ceramic greenware which is drying, and applying on wood grain glaze; and (D) applying the wood grain glaze is heating and baking by the stick kiln, the firing at 800 to 1000 degrees C for 90 minutes to obtain the desired product.
