▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A solar-powered desalination and water purification system (100) comprises a nanofiber-impregnated graphene aerogel (102), an untreated water storage container that is configured to contain untreated water (122), a water collection surface (108), and a purified water storage container (110). The graphene aerogel is situated on the surface of untreated water that is contained within the untreated water storage container, and is covered by the water collecting surface. USE - A solar-powered desalination and water purification system for desalinating and purifying water used as drinking water and other uses. ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber-impregnated graphene aerogel exhibits excellent hydrophilicity, thermal insulation, and photodegradation capability, and allows for efficient solar-powered evaporation of water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) photocatalytic nanofiber-impregnated graphene aerogel; and (2) method of desalinating and purifying water using the system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a solar-powered desalination and water purification system.
