NOVELTY - Producing high-performance engineering fastener material comprises choosing steel bar as engineering fastener raw material, carrying out degreasing, decontamination, and rust removal treatment to the surface, where the steel bar comprises carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, cobalt, tungsten, hafnium, calcium, copper, niobium, germanium, boron, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, nano titanium boride, nano aluminum nitride, iron and other inevitable impurities (balance), compacting, capping, sealing, performing co-infiltration treatment, placing in a molten salt cleaning agent for cleaning carrying out water quenching and oil cooling, placing in an annealing furnace, heating, thermally insulating, naturally cooling, carrying out cold deformation using cold-drawing process, and performing thread processing to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for producing high-performance engineering fastener material, which is useful for fastening at least two parts or components in engineering field.
