NOVELTY - Elastomer resin-based material comprises rubber and resin material. The rubber is continuous phase, resin material is dispersed phase. The elastomeric resin-based material has porous cell structure USE - Elastomer resin-based material. ADVANTAGE - The elastomer resin-based material has good elasticity, good toughness, high durability and good heat-insulating property, and is simple to operate, mild in condition and good in controllability, used for large-scale preparation, and can regulate and control the structure, density, and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an elastomer resin-based material, which involves: (a) mixing the aqueous-based rubber emulsion, the aqueous-based resin and water to obtain a mixed solution; (b) adding a mixed glue solution of a thickening agent and a catalyst into the obtained mixed solution; (c) mixing again to obtain a mixed sol; (d) placing the obtained mixed sol into a mold; (e) performing oriented freezing, taking out; (f) placing on a substrate; (g) performing freeze drying to obtain a freeze-dried material; (h) heating, and curing the obtained freeze-dried material to obtain the elastomer resin-based material.
