NOVELTY - Use of two-dimensional nanomaterial in preparing medicine for treating or preventing diseases caused by coronavirus, the two-dimensional nanomaterial is indium-doped copper phosphide nanosheet, graphene oxide nanosheet, molybdenum disulfide nanosheet and/or black scale nanosheet, preferably, the coronavirus is one of human coronavirus (HCoV)-229E, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-HKU1, coronavirus called SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV), severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and/or middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), where the disease caused by coronavirus is caused by coronavirus infection disease. USE - The two-dimensional nanomaterial is useful in preparing a medicine or a preparation for treating or preventing diseases caused by coronavirus (e.g. human coronavirus (HCoV)-229E, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-HKU1, coronavirus called SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV), severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and/or middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), the disease caused by coronavirus is caused by coronavirus infection disease) by inhibiting binding of coronavirus spike protein to receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) of its host cells, inhibiting the binding of the two-dimensional nanomaterial to the receptor ACE2 of its host cell by competitively binding the receptor-binding domain (RBD) binding site of coronavirus Spike protein, promoting decomposition of proteins of coronavirus, promoting decomposition of RNA of a coronavirus, inhibiting coronavirus infection or reducing and killing coronavirus, adsorbing coronavirus, or preparing and decomposing coronavirus protein, or preparing material for decomposing coronavirus RNA (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional nanomaterial is simple to prepare, has a high biological safety and has an excellent effect, has high stability, and can adapt to various substrate of the corresponding substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a medicine composition for treating or preventing diseases caused by coronavirus comprising using a two-dimensional nanomaterial as an active ingredient in the medicine composition, and the two-dimensional nanomaterial is combination of at least one of indium-doped sulfur phosphide nanosheet layer, graphene oxide nanosheet layer, molybdenum disulfide nanosheet layer or black scale nanosheet layer; (2) a material for adsorbing or inhibiting coronavirus comprising a two-dimensional nanomaterial and a substrate; and (3) an product, comprising a two-dimensional nanomaterial, where the two-dimensional nanomaterial is any one or a combination of indium-doped sulfur phosphide nanosheet layer (CIPS), a graphene oxide nanosheet layer, a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet layer and/or a black scale nanosheet layer, the product consisting of protective products, coatings, disinfectants, personal care products, packaging materials, or filtration devices, preferably, the protective product is a mask, a protective clothing, a protective mask, and a protective cap, preferably, the coating is a suspension comprising a two-dimensional nanomaterial, and the coating can impart a coating with a two-dimensional nanomaterial on an attached surface, preferably, the disinfectant is an environmental disinfectant, a washing-free hand liquid, a hand sanitizer, and a detergent, the disinfectant is used for surface disinfection of a packaging material, a medical instrument, an oral appliance, and a cosmetic appliance, preferably, the packaging material is a coating having a two-dimensional nanomaterial, or the packaging material is a composite material comprising a two-dimensional nanomaterial, the packaging material is a packaging material for a medicament or food product, in particular a medicine or food for cold chain transportation, the filtering device is a device for filtering air, a device for filtering water and a device for filtering the mask, preferably, the filtering device is an air filter screen, and the surface of the air filter screen is provided with a two-dimensional nanomaterial, more preferably, the filtering device is air filter cotton, and the air filter cotton fiber is attached to a two-dimensional nanomaterial; and (4) treating or preventing a coronavirus infection, comprising injecting to a subject a therapeutically active amount of a two-dimensional nanomaterial, the two-dimensional nanomaterial, indium-doped sulfur phosphide nanosheet layer (CIPS), graphene oxide nanosheet layer, molybdenum disulfide nanosheet layer, or black scale nanosheet layer, preferably the therapeutically active amount of the two-dimensional nanomaterial is injected in the form of a preparation, the preparation further comprising carrier or excipient.
