NOVELTY - Functional multi-layer co-extruded fluorine resin composite film has a multi-layer structure, a first fluorine resin layer (1), a first adhesive layer (2), a high barrier layer (3), a second adhesive layer (4), and a second fluorine resin layer (5). The first fluorine resin layer and the second fluorine resin layer are made of fluorine resin or modified fluorine resin. The modifier used in modified fluorine resin comprises ultraviolet shielding agent, antioxidant, antistatic agent crosslinking agent. The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are made of nylon. The high barrier layer comprises barrier material or modified high barrier material. The barrier material or modified high barrier material is added with modifier, stabilizer, and/or filling agent. The multi-layer structure is prepared by multi-layer co-extrusion casting composite technique. USE - The film is useful in an airship skin protective layer and in a flat-flow layer airship with overpressure bag structure. ADVANTAGE - The film: has low surface density, high strength, high barrier, and is environment-resistant (high and low temperature and ultraviolet) relative to the traditional airship skin composition; reduces the composite process, and reduces the process control difficulty; is compounded with the barrier layer relative to traditional protective layer; is more stable; has high interlayer adhesive ability; fills the blank of the domestic multi-layer co-extrusion fluoro resin film casting process (biaxially stretched process).
