▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The photovoltaic cell includes a transparent electrode comprising a polycrystalline graphene film that is percolation doped with randomly dispersed metallic nanowires. The metallic nanowires do not form a percolation network for charge carriers across the transparent electrode. USE - Photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The continuity of the polycrystalline film in the hybrid Transparent Conducting Material (TCM) ensures vertical current collection free from current crowding, while the relatively low density of conductive nanostructures ensures that the high transmittance of the polycrystalline film is not compromised. In addition to significant improvement in transmittance and sheet resistance values, the hybrid TCM also exhibits reduced statistical variation in sheet resistance, as compared to pure poly-graphene films. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a liquid crystal display. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is an explanatory figure illustrating the percolation of charge carriers through a poly-graphene film percolation doped with metallic nanowires.
