NOVELTY - Preparation of protective armor plate involves uniformly mixing raw material, sintering, spreading the resultant material on a thermal-radiating plate, and performing solid solution heat treatment and aging heat treatment. The raw material comprises graphene oxide, silicon carbide particles and aluminum alloy powder. The protective armor plate has laminated composite structure comprising bullet-proof thermal-diffusion layer and unilateral sandwich plate. The bulletproof layer comprises graphene oxide, silicon carbide particles and aluminum alloy. USE - Preparation of protective armor plate used in light-armored vehicle, armored helicopter and other military weapon. ADVANTAGE - The method provides protective armor plate having high strength. The armor plate is lightweight.
