▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Roller coating device comprises a driving component, a roller shaft, a plate-shaped base material and a base material fixing component. The part of the outer surface or the whole outer surface of the roller shaft is provided with a coating part. The driving component and the roller shaft are connected in non-rigid manner. The plate-shaped substrate is horizontally paved, fixed on the substrate fixing member. The roller shaft and the plate-shaped base material to be coated surface contact and the drive member drives the roller shaft to move in a direction parallel to the surface to be coated. USE - The device is useful for preparing wave-absorbing coating. ADVANTAGE - The device makes wave absorbing coating is compact, and has controllable thickness, high consistency, good wave-absorbing effect, strong corrosion resistance, and is especially suitable for containing granular and/or sheet material of polypyrrole/ferrite, graphene/ferrite wave-absorbing coating preparation. The method is simple, easy to control, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating the surface of the plate shaped substrate by the roller coating device, comprising (i) fixing the plate shaped base material; (ii) adding the coating material into the coating part of the roller shaft; (iii) making the coating part of the roller shaft and the coated contact, making the driving part drives the roller shaft to move along the direction parallel to the to-be-coated surface of the plate-shaped base material, coating the surface roller to be coated and forming a coating layer; and (iv) drying the coating layer to obtain the coating.
