▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing virus-killing bone material and H11 grade melt-blown cloth and graphene non-woven glue spraying composite material, comprises: (i) choosing H11 grade meltblown cloth; (ii) preparing anti-influenza virus H1N1 non-woven aggregates by microcapsule treatment and electrospinning; (iii) preparing graphene non-woven fabric; (iv) spraying one side of the anti-influenza virus H1N1 non-woven fabric and one side of the graphene non-woven fabric, respectively, and spraying hot melt adhesive uniformly, then facing the two sides, and sandwiching the H11 grade melt-blown cloth between the two sides, heating in a hot air oven, and at the same time, hot pressing a pattern by a hot pressing roller to form a composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing virus-killing bone material and H11 grade melt-blown cloth and graphene non-woven glue spraying composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent functions of purifying air, removing formaldehyde, removing peculiar smell, and killing viruses. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for virus-killing aggregate composed of non-woven layers; the first layer is anti-influenza virus H1N1 non-woven fabric with a gram weight of 20-100 g/m2; the second layer is H11 grade meltblown fabric, and the third layer is graphene non-woven fabric, gram weight of 10-50 g/m2.
