NOVELTY - The method involves placing catalyst in fluidized section, introducing inert gas, blowing catalyst to fluidized state, (ii) starting external heating of fluidization bed reactor, raising temperature of catalyst to 800-1000?? C, and continuously introducing carbon-containing gas, and (iii) entering product into upper part of the fluidization section (2) to expand the section to reduce the fluidizing velocity and separating the graphene gas and extracting from the top. USE - Method for continuously producing graphene by a fluidized bed, where the graphene is useful in electronic devices e.g. photovoltaic cells. ADVANTAGE - The method uses fluidized bed continuous production graphene using the fluidized catalyst as the base body of gas phase deposition, improving the carbon-containing gas deposition area, greatly improving the production efficiency, at the same time, the catalyst collide with each other, and the speed reduction of the enlarged section realizes the separation of the generated graphene and the catalyst, which can realize continuous production.
