USE - High-enthalpy flexible phase-change composite film used for thermal management of power batteries of high-power electronic devices, new energy electric vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, robots, 3C electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The phase change energy storage thermal control has high energy storage density, small temperature fluctuation, simple system, convenient operation, no need of moving parts, no need of consuming extra energy DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of a high enthalpy flexible phase change composite film,involves (1) pouring phase change material, resin-based material, heat conduction material, flame retardant, optional pigment and optional chopped fiber into mixer, mixing at high speed of 500-1000 rpm for 10-20 min, then pouring mixture into vacuum kneader preheated to 160 ℃, vacuumizing to 0.01-0.005 MPa, heating to 100-180 ℃, and stirring at temperature for 40-60 min to uniformly mix various components to obtain high-enthalpy phase change composite premix,(2) laying two layers of release films before lifting a roller of a calender, and preheating the roller of calender to a target temperature, preferably, target temperature is 100-150 ℃, (3) conveying the high enthalpy phase change composite premix prepared to preheated roller for calendering, and clamping phase change composite film formed by calendering between two release films, preparing high enthalpy flexible phase change composite film through calendering.
