NOVELTY - Preparing monolayer graphene oxide solution, comprises: oxidizing by mixing graphite powder with an oxidant, to obtain graphite oxide; performing preliminary separation by thermally treating the graphite oxide at 500-800 degrees C under vacuum conditions, to obtain the graphene oxide; mixing the graphene oxide with dispersing agent, to obtain graphene oxide solution; and subjecting the graphene oxide solution to an ultrasonic wave, to obtain the monolayer graphene oxide solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing monolayer graphene oxide solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; can be performed with reduced production time; consumes less energy and production costs; achieves monolayer graphene oxide layers with large size; and prevents the graphene oxide layers from damage during subjecting to the ultrasonic wave.
