NOVELTY - A graphene fiber modified nano adsorbent material includes 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene, 30-35 pts. wt. asphalt base carbon fiber powder, 5-7 pts. wt. nonhalogenated organic phosphinate, 8-10 pts. wt. hexamethylene tetramine, 2-4 pts. wt. amyl triethoxysilane, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. nano conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pt. wt. polyisocyanate trimer, 1-2 pts. wt. PTFE fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. vitrified microbeads, 1-10 pts. wt. titania and 1-5 pts. wt. quartz sand. USE - Graphene fiber modified nano adsorbent material. ADVANTAGE - The product has sterilization function, improved porosity and specific surface area, enhanced mechanical property and greatly adsorbs and cleans tail gas in harmful gas and dust substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene fiber modified nano adsorbent material comprises 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene, 30-35 pts. wt. asphalt base carbon fiber powder, 5-7 pts. wt. nonhalogenated organic phosphinate, 8-10 pts. wt. hexamethylene tetramine, 2-4 pts. wt. amyl triethoxysilane, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. nano conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pt. wt. polyisocyanate trimer, 1-2 pts. wt. The nano graphene is prepared by adding graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring at - 20 to - 10 degrees C for 5-12 hours and at 0-5 degrees C for 5-12 hours, adding potassium permanganate, carrying out oxidation reaction, adding cetrimonium bromide, flocculating, carrying out modification reaction, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying for 24 hours at 50 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene fiber modified nano adsorbent material comprising taking silicone resin, vitrified microbeads, titania and quartz sand, mixing, crushing into 100-200 mesh, taking silicon carbide micropowder, nano cerium oxide, oxalic acid polyester, light calcium carbonate, high-moisture retention resin polyvinyl alcohol, zinc sulfide, aluminum foam and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, crushing into 100-200 mesh, adding prepared and remaining raw materials except polylactic acid chitosan and nano graphene, mixing, sieving into 100-200 mesh, stirring at 90-100 degrees C, melting at 160-190 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling, adding polylactic acid chitosan and nano graphene, stirring for 5-6 hours, electrospraying, and carrying out prefabrication process.
