NOVELTY - Graphene modified oil-in-water emulsion comprises 2.8-4.5% mineral oil, 0.2-0.5% graphene oxide dispersion, 87-93% aqueous medium, 1.5-3.5% polysorbate-80, 1.5-3.5% protective agent and 1-2% preservative. The graphene oxide dispersion is 0.5-1 mg/ml concentration water-based dispersion, in which emulsion droplets are coated with graphene oxide. The protective agent is benzotriazole and/or 1H-benzotriazole. The preservative is sodium benzoate and/or potassium sorbate. USE - The emulsion is useful in hydraulic transmission medium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The emulsion has excellent lubricating and anti-corrosion performance, reduces material friction and abrasion, has long service life, and is environmentally friendly, and replaces hydraulic mineral oil in flame retardant hydraulic transmission medium.
