NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide in solvent to obtain graphene oxide solution, where the solvent is water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, or methyl pyrrolidone or acetone. A lithium source, a titanium source and a catalyst are stirred into the graphene oxide solution. PH value of ammonia water is adjusted to obtain another solution. The latter solution is dried to obtain compound precursor powder and cooled down to obtain graphene under protection of inert gas mixed with a reducing gas/lithium titanate composite cathode material. USE - Lithium titanate composite cathode material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing a lithium ion battery composite cathode material with high lithium titanate phase purity and easy industrial production.
