NOVELTY - The device has a drying box (1) whose top portion is connected with a transition box (4). The transition box is provided with a vacuum machine. A bottom and a top portion of the drying box are provided with a material port. The material port is provided with a sealing component. The drying box is provided with a moving component and a heating clapboard. The sealing component releases shielding of the material port such that a raw material is fed and discharged from the corresponding material port when the moving component moves to a position of the sealing component. The transition box is located at a top portion of the drying box that is provided with a crushing component (12). The crushing component is provided with a crushing barrel, a driving motor and a driving outer cylinder. USE - Graphene gas gel powder preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The drying box is provided with multiple heating clapboards so as to continuously dry hydrogel, thus simplifying operation process of the drying hydro gel. The device avoids problem that the drying box cannot feed and discharge in drying process so as to improve drying efficiency of the hydrogel, and crushes the frozen hydrogel by a crusher so as to dry the hydrogel by a vacuum freeze-drying machine, and improves production efficiency. The device is convenient to install, and has high stability.
