NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material, involves (i) preparing graphene oxide by oxidation reaction of natural graphite powder, (ii) adding graphene oxide, nickel nitrate hexahydrate and hexamethylenetetramine, carrying out ultrasonic hydrothermal reaction to obtain graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material has uniform compaction of graphene and carbon nanotubes.
