NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conduction insulation master batch comprises (a) performing expandable heat preservation treatment on expandable graphite to obtain expanded graphite, (b) mixing the expanded graphite with a nonionic dispersant to obtain a mixture, (c) mixing the obtained mixture and the polycarbonate master batch, performing heat treatment to obtain multilayer graphene modified master batch, (d) mixing the obtained multilayer graphene modified master batch and heat conductive powder to obtain a mixture and (e) extruding and granulating the obtained mixture to obtain graphene heat conductive insulation master batch. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat conduction insulation master batch. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures that the graphene in the graphene-modified master batch is not easy to aggregate and has good dispersion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene heat conduction insulation master batch, which is obtained by the above method.
