NOVELTY - Graphene terahertz wave detector has an anti-ferromagnetic layer, a pinned layer, a graphene layer and a free layer, where the material of the anti-ferromagnetic layer is a hard magnetic anti-ferromagnetic material, the pinned layer is placed on the anti-ferromagnetic layer, the material of the pinned layer is a metal or a semi-metal with high spin polarizability; the graphene layer is placed on the pinned layer, and the free layer is placed on the graphene layer, and the material of the free layer is soft magnetic material with weak magnetic anisotropy. USE - The graphene terahertz wave detector is useful in military and civil fields. ADVANTAGE - The detector has high terahertz wave detection sensitivity.
