▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced magnesium composite material comprises using nano thick graphene sheet layer as the nucleation center through a redox reaction in a homogeneous system, carrying out in situ synthesis of metallic magnesium particles to cover the graphene sheet, coating, stacking the surface magnesium particles and growing as the new nucleation center forming a micron sheet is formed to obtain a magnesium-coated graphene composite powder and discharging plasma sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced magnesium composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes the poor wettability of graphene and magnesium matrix, uneven dispersion of the reinforcing phase in the magnesium matrix and reduces reinforcing effect.
