A woven shielding layer (32) is covered on an outer wall of the wrapping shielding layer to form a double-layer shielding layer. A drainage wire (33) is arranged between the wrapping shielding layer and the woven shielding layer. The wrapping shielding layer is made of a polyester fiber film as a base material.
