USE - The method is useful for preparing aramid nano fiber/fluorinated graphene composite insulating paper is useful in electric device insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare aromatic polyamide nano fiber/graphene fluoride composite insulating paper with excellent thermal stability, mechanical performance, insulating performance, chemical inertness and flame retardance, great specific surface area and long diameter ratio, stronger reinforcing effect and more active groups, increases the heat dissipation efficacy of the oil-paper insulation system, greatly delays the thermal aging rate of the insulating paper, and prolongs the life of the oil-paper insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aramid nano fiber/fluorinated graphene composite insulating paper comprises (i) soaking the aramid fibers in absolute ethanol, assisting with ultrasonic treatment in a water bath, filtering and cleaning repeatedly to obtain aramid fibers with surface impurities removed, and drying; (ii) adding the dried aramid fibers and potassium hydroxide into water, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, and reacting to obtain aramid nanofiber/dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide dispersion solution A; (iii) dispersing fluorinated graphite in dimethyl sulfoxide, conducting water bath ultrasonication and probe ultrasonication successively on the resulting mixed solution centrifuging, collecting fluorinated graphene from the obtained supernatant, and drying alkene to obtain fluorinated graphite; (iv) adding fluorinated graphene into aramid nanofiber/dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide dispersion solution A, supplementing by water bath ultrasound until the resulting mixed solution appears Tyndall effect under laser irradiation to obtain aramid nanofiber/dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide/fluorinated graphene dispersion solution B; (v) adding aramid nanofiber/dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide/fluorinated graphene dispersion solution B into water, stirring and dispersing to obtain aramid nanofiber/dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide/fluorinated graphene Aqueous dispersant C for dispersing the solution; (vi) washing and filtering the water dispersant C for many times by water to separate the aramid nanofiber/fluorinated graphene colloid, adding the separated aramid nanofiber/fluorinated graphene colloid into water to dissociate the colloid by shearing and subjecting the aramid nanofiber/fluorinated graphene colloid to ultrasonic and suction filtration to obtain the aramid nanofiber/fluorinated graphene insulating paper; and (vii) subjecting the obtained aramid fiber nanofiber/fluorinated graphene insulating paper to compression molding, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for aramid nano fiber/fluorinated graphene composite insulating paper, prepared as mentioned above.
