▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant rubber material, comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 3-10 pts. wt. ammonium phosphate grafted graphene oxide, 5-80 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing accelerator and 5-30 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - The flame-retardant rubber material is useful in preparing sealing strip (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant rubber material has excellent flame-retardant performance, provides sealing strip with excellent sealing property, and solves the problem of poor flame-retardant effect of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the flame-retardant rubber material, comprising: (i) mechanically blending ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, lubricant and filler, heating to 115-125℃, mixing for 4-5 minutes, discharging glue, and cooling to below 80℃ to obtain a master batch; and (ii) adding the remaining materials to the master batch, adding into an open mill, heating to 115-125℃, mixing for 2-3 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the mixed rubber. a sealing strip, prepared by extruding the mixed rubber. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the preparation of imidazole-modified Mxene grafted on ammonium phosphate-grafted graphene oxide.
