NOVELTY - Ceramic product comprises 15-20 pts. wt. bentonite, 15-20 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. pottery stone, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 8-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-15 pts. wt. bamboo carbon fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene and 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide. USE - Used as ceramic product. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, economical, and suitable for industrial production, optimizes the composition of ceramic products, utilizes bentonite, kaolin and pottery stone as main raw materials to expand the volume rapidly under high temperature, ensures strong abrasion resistance and can significantly improve the strength of ceramic products, utilizes silicon carbide, epoxy resin, bamboo carbon fiber, graphene, zinc oxide as main components for improving wear resistance and heat resistance of the product, adjusts the proportions of materials to cooperate with each other, and can rely on the effect of ball milling and dispersant to mix uniformly, and avoids agglomeration and sedimentation to obtain a stable and dispersed mixture. The ceramic product: has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-temperature-resistant high-strength ceramic product comprising (a) casting bentonite, kaolin, and pottery stone into ball mill for ball milling for 12-24 hours and passing through 200-300 mesh sieve to obtain mixture A, (b) feeding material A into the ball mill at 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding silicon carbide, epoxy resin, bamboo carbon fiber, graphene, zinc oxide, and ball-milling for 10-15 hours to obtain mixed material B, (c) adding dispersant, binder and surfactant to the mixed material B, adjusting pH of mixed material to 8-9, stirring evenly, adding 10-20 wt.% mixed material to make a blank, adding defoaming agent according to the amount of bubbles when mixture is stirred, spray-granulating the mixture obtained in step (c), dry-pressing into a green body, trimming the surface, storing the trimmed green body in a cool place for natural drying for 8 hours, and (e) glazing and sintering the green body to obtain the product.
