NOVELTY - Preparing 2-dimentional nitrogen rich graphene-based porous conjugated network polymer-cobalt oxide (I) composite material, comprises taking nitrogen rich graphene-based porous conjugated network polymer (RNPG) as carrier, and loading multivalent cobalt oxide on the surface of RNPG. USE - The composite material is useful in photo-thermal synergistic catalysis process to produce hydrogen production (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high catalytic activity and stability; utilizes simple and cheap raw materials; and can replaces precious metal catalysts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing 2-dimentional nitrogen rich graphene-based porous conjugated network polymer-cobalt oxide of formula (RNPG-CoxOy) (I) composite material, comprises taking nitrogen rich graphene-based porous conjugated network polymer (RNPG) as carrier, and loading multivalent cobalt oxide on the surface of RNPG. x and y = not defined.
