▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing electrode surface decoration material, comprises e.g. adding mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin and graphene oxide into secondary water, adding aqueous ammonia water and hydrazine hydrate, placing in water bath, centrifuging, then discarding the supernatant, and adding secondary water to obtain mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin functionalized reduced graphene oxide black suspension, adding secondary water and copper sulfate pentahydrate, stirring under ice bath, slowly adding freshly prepared sodium borohydride, reacting, centrifuging, then discarding the supernatant, and adding secondary water. USE - The electrode surface decoration material is useful for electrochemical detection of p-nitrophenol (claimed) and environmental monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and fast; has low cost. The decoration material: has excellent stability, rapid response in the preparation of electrochemical sensor, high sensitivity, wide linear range and excellent reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing electrode surface decoration material, comprises (i) adding mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin and graphene oxide into secondary water, then adding aqueous ammonia water and stirring for 5-20 minutes, and adding hydrazine hydrate under stirring condition, where the molar ratio between graphene oxide, mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin, aqueous ammonia, hydrazine hydrate and secondary water is 1:6-10:0.2-0.3:0.006-0.01:2500-3500, then placing in 40-80 degrees C water bath for 2-4 hours under stirring condition, centrifuging at room temperature for 15-25 minutes at a speed of 11000-13000 revolutions per minute, discarding the supernatant, then adding secondary water to obtain 1 mg/ml mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin functionalized reduced graphene oxide (HS-( beta eta)-CD-RGO) black suspension, and (ii) at room temperature, adding secondary water and copper sulfate pentahydrate into mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin functionalized reduced graphene oxide black suspension, stirring under ice bath for 5-20 minutes, slowly adding freshly prepared sodium borohydride, where the molar ratio between HS-( beta eta)-CD-RGO, copper sulfate pentahydrate, sodium borohydride and secondary water is 1:1-1.5:1.3-1.9:5000-7000, then under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting at 4 degrees C for 2.5-3.5 hours, allowing to stand for 24 hours, centrifuging for 8-12 minutes at a speed of 5000-7000 revolutions per minute, then discarding the supernatant, and adding secondary water to obtain mercapto-beta-cyclodextrin functionalized reduced graphene oxide loaded copper nanospheres complex (HS-( beta eta)-CD-RGO/CuNSs). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electrode surface decoration material obtained by above method.
