NOVELTY - An ultra-high thermal conductivity graphene thick film with vertical micropores comprises graphene thick film (2) with thickness of 50-300 mu m and density of 1.6-1.9 g/cm3; and vertical micropores (1) arranged along the Z-axis direction at density of 1x 107-1x 109 /m2 and pore diameter of 0.1-2 mu m; and its thermal conductivity in the plane direction is greater than not greater than 1500 W/mK. USE - Ultra-high thermal conductivity graphene thick film with vertical micropores. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of ultra-high thermal conductivity graphene thick film with vertical micropores comprising washing graphite oxide to neutrality, mixing with deionized water, ultrasonicating to obtain graphene oxide hydrosol, concentrating, thickly coating onto substrate, drying to water content of 50-70% to obtain graphene oxide film, using ethylene-vinyl acetate short fibers as flocking fleece, electrostatically flocking and drying the graphene oxide film through perforated separator, obtaining composite film, removing from substrate, transferring to metal gauze, heating and melting, and performing heat-treatment.
