NOVELTY - Preparing solid-state light-emitting graphene quantum dots involves dissolving melamine and paraformaldehyde in water to obtain mixed solution A, and putting the mixed solution A in a water bath and heating under stirring conditions to obtain a transparent prepolymer solution B, and then storing in a cold storage. The prepared graphene quantum dot powder is dispersed in water to prepare a graphene quantum dots solution. The transparent prepolymer solution B is mixed with graphene quantum dots solution to obtain to obtain a mixed solution C, where the pH to is adjusted to 3-13. The mixed solution C is placed in a water bath for heating to form graphene quantum dot microspheres. The graphene quantum dot microspheres are dried to obtain solid-state light-emitting graphene quantum dot powder. USE - Method for preparing solid-state light-emitting graphene quantum dots for light-emitting diode devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the limitation of the application of graphene quantum dots in light-emitting diode devices.
