▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a capillary electrochromatography microreactor based on a functionalized graphene, involves (a) pretreating capillary tube by performing alkali and acid pretreatment, (b) preparing graphene matrix capillary electrochromatography by immobilizing graphene oxide or carboxylated graphene on inner wall of the capillary tube to obtain graphene matrix, and (c) preparing enzyme microreactor by introducing protease solution into one end of capillary electrochromatography graphene matrix, incubating, and washing with buffer solution to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing a capillary electrochromatography microreactor based on a functionalized graphene which is used in enzymatic kinetic assays, enzymatic hydrolysis and drug screening (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares capillary electrochromatography microreactor which integrates biochemical reactions and separation, and has high immobilization activity of the enzyme, and high separation efficiency on substrates, and enzymolysis products.
