NOVELTY - Graphene-modified rubber comprises 100-120 pts. wt. rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. aminobenzoic acid, 10-16 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. graphene, 20-50 pts. wt. sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, 20-30 pts. wt. gum arabic, 5-10 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator and 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Graphene-modified rubber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified rubber has wear resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified rubber, which involves: (A) mixing graphene with dimethylformamide, sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate and gum arabic; (B) performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 30-50 minutes at 800-1000W to obtain the dispersed graphene solution; (C) mixing the modified graphene solution with aminobenzoic acid and stirring for 45-60 minutes at 300-500 revolutions per minute; (D) adding rubber and silane coupling agent and mixing uniformly, by stirring continuously; (E) distilling at 60-70 degrees C with pressure of 7-10 mbar for 30-40 minutes; (F) adding vulcanization accelerator, stirring and then adding into plastic refining mill; and (G) performing kneading, extrusion molding and vulcanizing to obtain final product.
