▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing double-phase reinforced nickel-based composite material based on additive comprises (i) removing oil from diamond powder and graphene powder, (ii) carrying out hydrophilization treatment of diamond powder obtained in step (i), (iii) ball milling diamond powder obtained in step (ii) and graphene powder obtained in step (i) to obtain diamond-graphite alkene powder, (iv) plating nickel on surface of diamond-graphite alkene powder obtained in step (iii), and (v) mixing nickel-plated diamond-graphite powder obtained in step (iv) with nickel-based powder to obtain double-phase reinforced nickel-based composite powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing double-phase reinforced nickel base composite material based on additive manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent strength, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and conductive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) dual-phase reinforced nickel-based composite material based on additive manufacturing; and (2) forming dual-phase reinforced nickel-based composite material based on additive manufacturing.
