▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-containing nonferrous metal-based coating material involves mixing sealant and silica sol in a liquid phase with isopropanol solvent, stirring the resultant mixture for 2-3 hours, obtaining binder in a liquid state, adding graphene powder, a filler and a pigment in powder form into the binder, stirring the resultant mixture for 8-10 hours, and aging the resultant binder for 9-11 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene-containing nonferrous metal-based coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-performance graphene-containing nonferrous metal-based coating material having excellent durability and thermal conductivity. The coating material emits far-infrared rays which are beneficial to the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-containing nonferrous metal-based coating material, which comprises 33-37 wt.% liquid-phase silica sol, 6-8 wt.% graphene in powder form, 28-32 wt.% sealant, 19-21 wt.% isopropanol, 4-6 wt.% filler and 2-4 wt.% pigment.
